A Beautiful Painting

I believe that during the baptism service that took place during our Homecoming Weekend I mentioned that Chris Kimberlin had presented GCA with a beautiful original painting. Well, at long last I can share it with all of you. You can click on the picture above to see a larger image. I love the use of vibrant color in this painting, as well as the peaceful feeling I get when I stare at it. It hangs in my office at GCA (which these days is more of media room than an office).

I've been there taking pictures of the construction that's going on (more about that soon) and I snapped this photo of Chris's work. He has a tremendous talent, along with a tremendous generosity. Thanks for the gift, Chris. We all enjoy it!
